Disappointed by “The Dictator?” Then see this video below, it’s one of the better scenes of the movie – but here you get to see the uncut, extended version of the Gotham helicopter tour scene. If the rest of the movie had been this good, I would have been more enthusiastic for Cohen’s latest. As I have suggested to those who haven’t seen it yet, you might be better served staying home and watching outtakes on the net instead of paying to see the movie in full.
